I have a passion for inclusive and true participation and stakeholder engagement that leads to policy impact and transformational change. I design, develop and facilitate these process and the activities within them. I’d be happy to help you with these processes in your work, be it research, local, regional or national government, or inter- and trans-national organisations and entities.

Designing SHE
Designing a Stakeholder Engagement (SHE) process depends on the aims of the work, the context, and the capacities of all parties involved. Over the years, I have developed a 5 step SHE process that helps to implement inclusive and transformative projects.

Co-creating knowledge
A major outcome of transdisciplinary projects, i.e. projects in which knowledge from academics and practitioners comes together, is co-created knowledge. For this magic to happen the learning activities need to designed and facilitated in a manner that is conducive to trustful exchanges and where knowledge can be created for the current system, future targets and the pathways of how to get there.

Workshop design or facilitation
Workshops are one of the primary tools for participatory processes and inter- and transdisciplinary projects. Designing these for maximum learning experience while also avoiding stakeholder fatigue is no easy task. When conflicts and diverging interests are in the room, professional facilitation is critical to remain constructive and allow for the different viewpoints to be heard to be able to move on.
